Trivia: when Yamagishi makes a reference to "Victor TVs" he refers to the brand known overseas as JVC (Japanese Victior Company), which traditionally made white and dual-tone (white with parts of another colour), but started selling fully non-white sets somewhere at the end of the 70s, start of the 80s. I assume from Yamagishi's remark that some people took offence.
