It's quite interesting to see that, back then, authors redrew from scratch the B&W versions of their colour pages, instead of just greyscaling them like they did afterwards (but before digital drawing was the norm).

Only 14 and this chapter had this total redrawing. Already by ch22 grayscale is used, unfortunately all bichrome(2 color aka red shade) pages aren't reproduced digitally, first of these is in ch 22. Actually ch1 though released after 14 but before this is grayscaled in the physical volumes. So there really wasn't any real reason for the redrawing at all.
