as one of the apparently two people who read through this and cared enough to comment, I tried, believe me I tried my damnedest to ride out this absurd love story and appreciate it for what it is but for the love of all that is sacred I cannot help but fervently hate the MC, I’ve hated MC’s before for being spineless, witless, tactless, relentless morons, but the sheer levels of incompetence and feebleness this tangerine haired prick radiated through the screen almost compelled me to vomit, I hate everything about him and honestly wish he just up & died with another timeline/alt universe version of him showing up because even though every version of him we see in this story is a scumbag, I still would’ve appreciated the older version of him dying enough to let his younger, still worthless self still find happiness no matter how undeserved.
everything else about this is okay I guess, I understand basically everyone who isn’t jia or her father is an even worse scumbag than tangerine boy but they don’t bother me nearly as much and actually get some level of comeuppance for their nonsense, the dad time warper plot twist was…interesting, jia dying in ridiculous ways was equally funny and corny & the idea that she’s destined to either hook up with oppa or die yet it takes the past version of her coming into the future to run interference and save their hopeless marriage is proof enough to me that the bloodline is cursed and jia’s descendants will suffer much like she did if not worse.
Overall, 6/10 I’d bump it up to a 7 or 8 if oppa got permanently crippled when he hit his head or if either jia crushed at least one of his balls
