What a beautiful exchange between rivals! To tell you the truth, this is what I've been expecting, when I started the series. Never knew what is was about besides samurais and swordsmanship.

A double irony is that this match against Gennosuke was indeed about nagare boshi, as they all told Iraku beforehand.
