I hope good things come from this change! Shinobu is trying so hard to feel fulfilled as a mangaka (basically realize her own ambitions) and this is the first time she's felt "free". I hope Chiaki comes to understand that eventually....

I'm happy that he seems to understand her already. I think it's healthy for them to have separate work lives while supporting each other in their home lives, but I was a little bummed that they couldn't manage the crazy togetherness of living in each other's pockets for a little longer, since that's what Chiaki seems to want at the moment.
