well strawberry shortcake is a thing but i wouldn't be surprised if it was slightly made a diff way like how there's 'shortbread' (although i have had cakes that tasted like they had no dairy in it compared to mousse but wouldn't be surprised if it's like 'shortbread'. tho other than the slice of cake all the google images results i'm getting almost looks like 'biscuits' with cream and strawberry in a 'sandwich' kinda way lol [or maybe it's like how donuts and 'cake' donuts are diff too])
