Man that's just painful to read. Acting high and mighty ruining Shiho's reputation and chances to make friends. The guys an absolute turd who doesn't care about others and forcing himself on one girl. I don't even get it why girls are fawning for him. Maybe because they like bad boys?

About the girls liking him, I read some spoilers in past comments, and if what I read is right
he have some sort of Harem protagonist power that makes girls attracted to him(he isn't aware of it), that is why the little sister still likes him even when he acts lamer than MC, from what I read the plot will take some meta directions in the future.
This guy is as shitty as Hanabi from Osananajimi Kanojo no Morahara ga Hidoin de Zetsuen Sengen shite Yatta

Chapter was sad but hey it got better so yay! I still think him being kinda evil since he was little is still dumb (Maybe it's actually sense he was a fetus like AFO!) espescially since I don't think it makes any sense (like AFO!) but meh I would've hated him anyways. And this chapter's ending is again really heartwarming so yeah!

Not quite imo. While the result is similar Hanabi was brainwashing him maliciously, Ryuuzaki just seems to be terminally oblivious.

More of Mr. Romcom being a moron. Like, I can see why people in the comments here might think he's being selfish and controlling, but I think he honestly wants to help her and is just too oblivious to notice that what he's doing isn't what she wants.

Because MC was really bland and passive. He was always there but also never feels like he was actually there. Like a true NPC. Then this guy full of personality and emotion came. They are eventually getting tired of him and attracted to someone with the exact opposite of personality.
