I just realized that most of the Dark Side chef's titles are titles from the 108 Stars of Destiny in Water Margin. This was pointed out with Shan, but the five tiger stars' titles are from Water Margin too, assuming Ensei's "wanderer" can also mean "pilgrim", like Wu Song. There's no Emperor of Soup in Water Margin, but somebody called Rouko "Golden Tiger" in a previous chapter. I don't think the Dim Sum King had another title, but it makes sense that he wouldn't have a title like the rest of them since he left the group. I'm not sure if Riko's a reference to anyone. I also learned recently that "Five Tiger Generals" is a recurring term in Chinese literature. There are a lot of references I'm only noticing now.
