Seems like the place was a shit hole before the curse, i know it is a tragedy, but if you were to move in would you rather do it before or after the rapist teen, the untrained dog, and the noisy pianos got "removed" from the place?
Plus with the scandal the rent value is lower now, all in al, quite a good deal if you do it later
