Notes from someone who didn't translate this but knows a little more
the original title was "One Person 180 Times", which refers to the amount of times Lupin infiltrates the prison to fulfill his mission. the amount of times in this translation increases by 6 for some reason, possibly to humorous effect.
this was one of the shin lupin chapters to be included with a rather strange "moving-manga" ps1 and PC thing with the simple title of Lupin III, it was essentially chapters of shin lupin somewhat animated and "enhanced" with computer visuals and dub tracks, including english translations, which despite not being the first time any lupin medium had been officially dubbed in english, it's HOWEVER the first time the shin lupin manga got published in english aside from the ones published in a british manga magazine in the mid-90s, i forget what the magazine is called.
