notes from a person who didn't translate this but knows a bit more
there are two Mama's in lupin canon. this one, and the one from part 3. mama in part 3 is more interesting to me because of the supernatural influence, but whatever. to each man their own.
THIS mama comes back in part 5 in the marco polo arc as one of the assassins aiming to kill lupin. first time animated too. same with dr. franken from the original manga, who shows up for a few seconds but gets decimated. check out part 5 if you're into that.
