Ugly people are evil, monsters good (oppressed), humans bad (oppressors). Peasants get help from monsters and see they aren’t all so bad, humans belonging to the kingdom’s military are cartoonishly evil.

Hmm, I really like the concept itself but.....art style is kind of .....unfortunate, and the author has no sense of pacing and the chapters so far introduced the characters in a really bland way. Author also makes the cardinal sin of wasting far too much time early on introducing a antagonist before you even get a good feel of the main characters.
