This and that are different matters. This manga is published in Shonen Jump or at least the online version of it. Your average isekai slop would never passed their screening and they usually are published in some third tier magazine. But the trade-off is SJ is one of the most cutthroat magazine. If a manga don't blow up in 10 chapters, they'd gladly axe it to make room for new series. What a waste of a setting and characters. Meanwhile Isekai slop #40,000 gets green lit for its seventh volume.
Yeah... I wish some mangaka werent so hung up on SJ. Quite a few solid series that wouldve gone way longer on other magazines just go to SJ to die. This and that are different matters. I feel like the format on this one did it no favors. Almost very operation is set up and wrapped up in a single chapter which just made everything go by at turbo speed.Yeah... I mean, this manga hasn't been going anywhere for a while. I agree the setting was neat, but they did next to nothing with it. No big bad, no opponents, there wasn't much there to begin with. What a waste of a setting and characters. Meanwhile Isekai slop #40,000 gets green lit for its seventh volume.
