too much of it
It shown the following.

That the Queen Jusui suspects Lt. Monroe and is going to try get her killed.
That the Queen Jusui doesnt like her son, the Prince.
That Lt. Monroe wants to know something from Sakura and she wasnt aware who she was.
That Queen Ginren is going to meet Lt. Monroe because the Empress Mother wants it.
A new character is added, Rinxie.

Most of it was Lt Monroe talking with the Queen Jusui and her meeting with Sakura, one of the problems with writing is authors forget characters dont have the same knowledge as the reader, Sakura doesnt know Jusui have a scar and she is keeping it hidden, its unlkely Sakura could know of it unless someone tell her, Monroe likely knows about Jusui orgin considering that tripped her off so its another information Sakura doesnt have.

The part with the Prince is suspected because we know but none of the characters do, the fact she doesnt even holds her own son also is information Sakura doesnt know, all this is mounting evidence to move Sakura into the right direction and there isnt that much, the scar only says she was the one manipulating the corpse but that doesnt tell much beyond it and this is why we had about half chapter going on her background but Sakura cannot know that.

If anything its too little since it only shown Monroe knows a few things and added a new character ... nothing really advanced in this chapter, its ends up being pushed to future chapters ... also some one the panels were left as streches, I suspect since we are caught up with the raws the author simply had to rush it and those panels were left unfinished that explains a few things, most of this chapter is just a continuation of the previous one.

Edit:

We are also forgetting about Sakura's sister, Kasha that I dont think is Ginren, the painting we say shows she have big titties (she is bigger that Sakura that is older that her I believe) and Kasha is just regular sized.Horns also dont look right as Kasha have, for lack of better term, cow-like horns and Ginren horns are more similar to Sakura ... just because a character is Horn~y doesnt mean they are Sakura sister.

Since hardly anybody remembers who's who, I decided to read the previous chapters from vol. 18. So, the important locals are:
  • Princess Jusui, local princess, the one that animated the wight gained favor from the Empress Mother.
  • Master Rei, could be Jusui's financial backer
  • Meina, priestess (for hire) and Nia's cellmate
  • Princess Ginren, same race as Sakura, gave her that picture with her sister. Is NOT Sakura's sister
  • Rinxie, fought off the wight with Sakura, one of the maids that appeared before?

That the Queen Jusui doesnt like her son, the Prince.
I don't think she dislikes her son. It's more like indifference. Like he's just there for her job. Don't know if that is better or worse.

Thanks for the chapter, Finemang.

Given how the most critically delicate part of one's life is at the beginning, you could say that--coming from a mother--both of those kinds of regard are nearly equivalent. That being said, I think it's the case, too: not only is it just a job to her, but she surely resents the entity that forced her to have a child with a man other than the one she loved--or loves, if that disembodied head is still alive.

The fact that she's not only that hot over her brother, but is also expressing it to his decapitated head dwarfs the question of whether she dislikes or or disregards her infant son.
