Hitler would deem Jewish, Roma, Slavs, Poles, Czechs, Russians, and Serbs all as, "racially inferior". In this chapter, and this Elvan King it's quite clear there is parallels that can be drawn here, as he discriminate and dehumanize Elves of particular physical traits, and ancestry.
