bobcut(?) guy is an idiot. if i was in that ninja organization and i know some guy who was not from a ninja family yet managed to get to the top 10 rank, i would be very wary of that particular guy. being too prideful and underestimating him will get you tripped so hard

Yeah, though there's also a point in the sense that he technically has worse material to work with. Still, Yodaka is an absolute monster. I think the implication is he's only even been a ninja for a couple years, while everyone else would have been in it their entire lives and were probably trained from birth. They should be a lot more scared of him than they are. He's at the level of the sort of genius we usually see as a villain.
