She's trying to help her nab him. This woman genuinely likes her boss platonically and wants to see him happy. But she's not against gunning for him if her relationship with her boyfriend turns sour. She probably also has no issues with an older man/younger girl dating either since she's actually giving the girl advice to make her more attractive

Only problem is the man in question has morals. Time will tell if he changes his mind or she just has to wait till she's a little older. Probs the latter.

Obviously not right now but she trusts her boss. Otherwise she wouldn't be teasing and joking with him when she found out.

And if she really has an issue with it she wouldn't be helping a young girl learn make up to entice an older man she'd be reprimanding or softly telling the young girl to stop with her feelings instead of telling her he's popular and might be taken away from her.

The friend's mom is the correct reaction to this situation than the coworker. Telling the young girl to report anything if anything happens to her that she doesn't like.
