Kaguya. Basically her story is that she's the moon's princess, got sent down to earth in bamboo, grew up there and sent people wanting to marry her off to find impossible things, that shell included, actually falls in love with one guy, then she gets taken back to the moon. There's a lot more to it than that, but yeah. If you want more, go ahead and look up The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.
Also, based on the last chapter, delivery boy here is the reincarnation of one of the men that died trying to win her heart.

I think I did guess Kaguya way back when the series started but then dismissed it as too obvious.
Guess in the end I did get surprised that she was Kaguya afterall.

Oh man so shes Kaguya hime although kind of not representing what her origin story's settings accurately. Such as she shouldn't be living alone with a cat and the moon rabbit. Also the guy is just suppose to be one of the suitors and not even the emperor.

Also how come the crane didn't show up? I'd think only the mermaid, Neil Armstrong armstrong, and Thomas Edison ought to be exempt.
