While the comment is already 2 years old, I still wanted to answer it:

Yes, the red words are also important, the reason is a spoiler:

The white "correct" aligned words are from 329, while the red upside-down words are those from 328. 329 inherited those memories after consuming 328. It is the murder both from the perspective of the murderer (329) as well as the victim (328). As far as I understood it, this dream with both perspectives is the reason why they don`t merge but rather stay separate as 2 souls in one body.
