I'm not sure about whether the person really existed, but Jukarainen is a legitimate Finnish surname, so looks good to me.

Salomon/Salomo/Solomon are legit given names, but they're very rare and usually given as a second (or third) name rather than a first. In any case, google isn't helpful. Could be like a mashed-up name of two different people, wouldn't know.

Jukarainen is a definite surname, and the Finnish spelling of Solomon was indeed Salomon. (There's one or possibly two Salamon, zero Salomon, in the war)

I didn't find anyone with the combination Solomon and Jukarainen on the "warpath" site: https://www.sotapolku.fi/henkilot/?etunimet=salomon

One option that I'm sure you've considered is if he's saying "Sotamies Jukarainen" (Private Soldier Jukarainen)
