It looks like they may finally have added the rest of this to Mangaplus. Back when I was a Mangaplus subscriber, they only had the beginning and the end, but none of the middle.
It was aggravating. Thankfully, I'd read the rest of it here on Mangadex before the series got purged.
It looks like you need Mangaplux Max (the paid subscription) to read it all though, which is thankfully only $5 a month. Some series are readable from beginning to end once (and once only) if you read it on a mobile app, like Android or iOS.
If you want to read it on a desktop or laptop though, you can always just install an emulator (like MuMu) and use the Mangaplus app on there to read, however.
