So, when they had full control of fake-Japan they couldn't stockpile all that and now that they are occupied by fake-China, they can? That's ridiculous. The whole premise is ridiculous now that I think about it, the Japanese have better weapons and are better fighters and the Chinese are all stupid and greedy, so why did they lose in the first place? Jeez, the art is pretty but that's about it.
