Should I upload these titles with official translations, that are no longer open?

So recently, I have been uploading some Viz translations which are now defunct on their site - mostly Jump Start manga that they never fully translated. I'm still working on those, but there are two other series whose chapters I have, but am wondering if it would be safe to upload here.

The first are Viz's translations of the Ruroni Kenshin Hokkaido Arc, which were naturally removed after Watsuki's arrest. I know that Viz sent a DMCA for Act-Age after the writer's arrest there, and I was wondering if uploading a similar work would be too risky.

The second are the chapters that Shueisha (Manga Plus, not Viz specifically) translated for Hinomaru Sumo. As of now, it's the only series on the app as far as I'm aware that those chapters are gone forever (unlike the other series, they never translated the middle chapters).

Basically, could I upload these, or are they too risky to do here?

the rules do state this exception to uploading licensed releases:
1.2.1.6 The release can no longer be purchased via sources provided by the publisher.
Is this true for those series? Otherwise you would need to wait for the license itself to expire before uploading

Much like the Jump Start series, for Ruroni Kenshin Hokkaido Arc, the only place you could read the chapters was on Viz's Shonen Jump digital magazine. Buying back issues of them is now impossible.

Same for Hinomaru Sumo, as the translated chapters are no longer available on the app.
