I've mostly been okay with Squiggle's translations despite their quirks, but their version of this chapter was to be blunt, very blatantly rushed shit prioritizing getting sniped over actual quality. It had extremely basic typesetting mistakes and a few sentences that are genuinely almost incomprehensible. This version flowed infinitely better.

i'd still argue Kid/kiddo/youngster/whatever is simply not a replacement for 'shounen', but man you do you lol, it's nitpicking at this point.

on credit note, I agree that you keep some wording such honorific and titles, shounen, intact. it shows the relationship between characters in play. and unlike the past years, nowadays, the readers have google to help explain manga stuff
