It looks like she was dating him out of convenience at least until recently because 1. she feels nothing when she see him 2. he says she hasn't been jealous in ages 3. she seems to have only dumped him for a reason, to date someone else so her feelings must have cooled some time ago but it was only convenient to end it now. A pretty terrible person imo when her ex obvi still really liked her.
