yep, and she know when she tried to confess to yandere brother she will be rejected, and with this she finally can play the sympathetic role to get closer on mc (since she played some part where she stalking herself), considering what happened between them until this built up, mc cant directly ditch her since mc is just too kind, also the yandere and stalker become "good" friend
so basically all of this stalking incident is big plan from the stalker to become part of mc and yandere circle in natural way (since from middle school the yandere always blocking new love interest for mc)

The way he complains about hating his friend simply because people like him, while the friend is shown to be supportive and attentive to MC really just makes MC look like a whiny loser. The sister at least has a real reason to dislike her brother, she doesn't like the way he strings girls along. Not sure what she possibly sees in MC though.

Personally I don’t think he actually despises his friend.

He says he does but you can tell there’s some respect there with how he doesn’t interfere in the business between him and his sister.

He’s only frustrated with him because
he really wants to experience romance but most people who approach him are just after Hinata. That and getting compared constantly with him makes his venting feel understandable.

as the latest chapter in the WN, mc havent choose any girl, but there's no drama about this yet and thing still goes smoothly (since yandere and stalker respect each other because both of them are crazy)

Without looking at the spoilers... I think the face of the stalker was literally revealed on chapter 2, page 3, looking on Runa's conversation with our boy Shinji there. Go back to chapter 1, page 5 and... yeah, it doesn't take a genius to tie it together, but I think her name has not been revealed yet.
As for Hinata sending Shinji to Runa? I think he's trying to set him up with his sister together. Maybe it's just me, but I think hinata probably notices his pal's trouble. After all in every rom-com, everybody except the MC at least has some awareness and understanding of how attractions work.
Now the important question is who will be wielding the knife when it is time?
