Yeah...
The perspective of knowing that they are an actual sapient person.
And not just random AI data from his ability would change how most people perceive and interact with the characters.

"Pick Me Up Infinite Gacha" had something similar happen to them, where the MC played a game where NPCs die constantly.
Only to then be pulled into the game as an NPC himself and realise that the NPC´s were actually people all along.
