Yeah, Tori is definitely a guy. And he really makes it a point with the way he talks. His choice of words is always very masculine and impolite. The only politeness his words have is that he adds the -san at the end when referring to the others.
But it doesn't seem to be because he himself is a rude person, rather it's probably because nobody ever taught him how to be polite.
This indicates that he most likely comes from a poor social background.
