Always a treat to see this surreal setting again.

But all I remember is that I once had a sort of coherent understanding of the world but I've forgot it by now.

The setting is a sort of post apocalypse that was caused by partial singularity of reality warper.
Basically human managed to found out that their entire reality is kind of Simulation. And they got access to its source code. The technological advancement seems to blur genetic engineering and information technology. Genetic engineering seems to be easy as fuck to them. Information are no longer intangible thing within electronic or cyberspace, its now a physical object.
Continued editing of reality might have been caused a partial reality collapse and end of world. Physics are no longer the same as it was.
