I think the story about a boy who like a girl but he is to shy to confess

the girl was cold and silent type , so the boy kinda afraid to confess to her because he can't read her, but actually the girl was also like the boy and want to confess but sadly she was very shy like the boy and aware her cold/silent personality kinda in the way.

i think the title have watashi or watachi in it but i can't find it
