Well, is not my genre, I was curious to read it merely because it seems the author himself posted it, I think it needs improvement, in terms of pacing, dialogue, art, the background look bare and stiff and the line in the character look rather uncertain and trembling.
Is certainly better than what I could draw, so good luck and keep on practising.
