I was thinking Kuu would likely show up to fix things, a few chapters back. Seems I may be right. Usually the President would step in, but he's in another country.

Should review the past thirty chapters or so to see if I can understand what is happening again.

I can feel the frustration the author is having with getting these scenes to work out for this arc. Well, hope they find their muse and restrain it soon.
