I accidentally bought some king crab that cost $100 a little while ago, when I was told the price at the end of the meal I thought he was joking!Probably unrelated, but I really hate it when restaurants give you menu without the prices tagged anywhere. Asking the waiter/waitress to stop every time feels like I'm being a bother to them, but if I buy things regardless of that I might need to pay more money than I wanted.
wait, that's an actual thing? I'd tend to think restaurants are obligated to show you the price on the menuI accidentally bought some king crab that cost $100 a little while ago, when I was told the price at the end of the meal I thought he was joking!
I don't think that's a legal requirement in the US, although most do anyways. But stuff like fresh king crab are often "market price" and subject to change on a daily basis, so they can't print it on the menu unless they want to re-print it every daywait, that's an actual thing?
