Panel at the end is cute but if they're starving/lacking crops feels like a waste to share it with the squirrels unless they're so conveniently helpful they'll give them useful seeds

And predicting that one "selfish saint" doesn't know shit about crop restoration XD (tho be hilarious if "heal" worked on the dirt and made it more fertile)

LOL surely even as the 'tyrant' there'd be some ppl behind the scenes if not her own parents making sure her family doesn't go to ruin money wise even if there's seemingly no fucks given about 'reputation' (unless she was so fucked up she killed her own parents lol)

My impression is that except for a few minor splits, she is no longer able to manifest properly as a slime outside the human body and mostly lost her morphing ability. The human body is genuinely her body now. In the first chapter, the other slime-human explained that her transition was permanent. If she could "hemorrhage" a large portion of herself and morph it as before, then it wouldn't be so permanent.

Anyway in this setting slimes appear to be extremely weak. I'd guess there's no strength behind her slime form alone. Rather than puppeteering, somehow the slime is unlocking Jelly's latent strength as a human or something.

I gotta say, while I expected her to start knocking heads, last thing I expected was for her to just start going to town on the monsters with her bag. It's hilarious.

Well they did drop a bit of info that she's the deputy head of the family. That implies one of her parents must still be alive.

Any number of reasons why that family head has done nothing so far. Maybe they're far away, and Jelly is managing a portion of the Aspic family's lands from a secondary location as deputy head. Maybe the family head is as afraid of Jelly as everyone else, especially knowing that as a Saint, she has the tacit backing of the state. Or maybe the previous Jelly was actually good at managing her lands...in so far as extracting value from them I'm sure, at the cost of the people. Maybe she has a strip mine somewhere.

No, she was trying to learn it early on and already used it several times. But for now she seems to only know how to use it to heal people. If there's other Saint powers she likely doesn't know yet.

Yeah to add on it seems like the splitting thing shes using isnt her morphing her body exactly its like if her blood had some amount of autonomy because the bodys blood is replaced with her slime

I'm wondering if the original Lady Jelly's personality will come back at some point. It would make for an interesting plot point considering that it was a recent revival (at least of the body).
