Leaving it untranslated is one thing, but not explaining what “Shinshou” means at all is derelict. I had to download the raws to find the kanji for myself. The “shin” is “heart” and the “shou” is “smile”/“laugh”, so something like “Heart Smile Association” if you were to translate it (which I probably would).
