I can't get over how stupid this "mc" is. Over the course of the past chapters, which I think is around a week or two, he has repeatedly OPENLY investigate, stalk and expose himself to the Shinshou Society while also actively and obviously show his hostility to them.
Even more so, he already saw first-hand how ruthless the society is, and have repeatedly say that he wants to do this alone, yet REPEATEDLY PULL OTHERS INTO HIS BS AND GETS THEM KILLED EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TELL HIM ANYTHING OR WANT HIM TO STOP.
He also completely ignored his wife, WHO WAS ALSO WEEPING BTW. Even if he just hold her, kept her company, while keeping his concentration on solving the mystery, it would be fine. BUT NOOOOO~~~~~~~ HE WANTS TO BE A BTCH AND GETS HER DEPRESSED!
Now he wants to talk to her, want her back, BUT THERE'S ALMOST NOTHING ABOUT REGRETTING HIS DAMN CHOICES!!
