Doubt that. Locks are generally pretty easy to pick with the right tools. Obi could likely get through it in under a minute.

I'm guessing the access is part of the other drawers. I'll also guess that all 10 drawers are related, so this may end up like a history lesson like when she read Zen's poison history.
