(solved) Help a brother out for forgotten manga

The story is about like this

Tall female lead
Gets bullied for being tall and introverted
Comes the short male lead
he uses a cane
he tries to make her "bad" as in being able to stand for herself

the first plan was to make his brother fall in love with her and have her dump the guy the moment he confesses
there was also a scene when they both jumped into a pool
