[Solved] Question about manga that people turn into giraffe

I suddenly remember manga I read few years ago about a pandemic or something similar where people that get infected were turn into giraffe. It's so surreal it's also mention about human eye cone that only can see three primary colour. Also the MC use eyeglasses
