The plot staryed with MC not becoming a villain to the hero and saving a milf.
At the same time, we don't know if MC will get in a hostile relationship with the hero anyway for now, somethig else could make it go there.
And this milf disappeared until the end of the game anyway, corrupted into a bitch guard dog, so training MC and/or going on some adventurer job should still make her absent from the main plot.
The weapon MC got wasn't from a main dungeon too, for now is still fine.
Of course, the real villains moves will change after losing this milf, it seems like they didn't use her until the end but that doesn't mean they couldn't search for another target.
There is even the thing that it seems like every milf death was used to make the hero party grow, S rank milf was the last one so she doesn't count, but how can MC save the others and make the party grow anyway?

No it's not, it's not in the raws at all. He calls her "Maniana Mama", not "Mania". "Mania" is incorrect and seems to be either the error of MTLing or incompetence here. I'm leaning more towards the former.
