Hells no. Rom-Com Haven do a good job, and they don't take forever, unlike some groups I can think of that frequently leave 6-8 month gaps between releases. They are behind release, sure, but this isn't warranted.

To be fair, they are behind more than just the current chapter, as these MTL chapters have shown, but yeah, entirely out of line given they release fairly consistently and with good quality.

But this translation is clearly not. MTL with Mini Effort, Awful font choice, terrible cleaning, mistake of some sentences.

It is kinda difficult since protagonists would be pedos in other isekai if you always go with "old self".
I guess it comes down to mindset and how much the character embraces his new body / identity.
Demonio is more or less 100% his old self, so I wouldn't call it a milf fetish.
