are you serious? the current arc is pretty much the last barrier that the fmc has for her goal, MC pretty much has developed to see the girls and pretty much only confession is in the future to end the series... EXCEPT if they want to show Uni life, but I doubt it.

she still has to face the number one upcoming cosplayer. Which means either at this winter comiket or an upcoming summer comiket. Either way that's at least another 10+ chapters. And Valentine's Day is always significant enough that's gonna get another 10 chapters of set up and pay off. Given its a biweekly manga, that definitely leaves room for at least another year worth of chapters or more. Lilysa's strong enough of a protag she can definitely handle a sequel/spinoff as a third year. But we're gonna be dealing with the aftermath of this chapter for a bit.

didn't they already saw her without knowing?, it's not a battle manga that way, hardly likely they would focus on competition...

and Lilysa is pretty much already in the top level of the cosplayers, that was like the bonus reward from the last arc where the teacher did her "last" cosplay in Comiket, so I hardly doubt we get some big arcs to come, Valentine's could work as the last one, but I could be wrong, mostly because I'm still coping from last chapter where the MC getting family approved by best girl family. But srsly, it feels really close to ending, specially since the barrier on the school is getting open (like thanks to the Stuco Prez they will accept Lilysa's path and probably will let the teacher to continue working while cosplaying)

I was expecting an arc where the editor of the magazine or the author of the haniel character discover who is the cosplayer but i guess they decide to end the manga in few chapters ... Not sure what is the main reason for ending it but if possible i hope there will be a sequel in the future ...

The will they won't they romance always played second fiddle to watching these two support each other's interests so deeply for me.

That's what I was enjoying. The passion.

As surprisingly few people have said in here, there are so many plot threads they've just set up that are being abruptly dropped. It's a weird series to have them getting together being the mark of the end because there was so much more here than just the romance, it was basically a subplot.

I guess I'm in the minority and most people were reading cosplay Anjou-san where the romance was the entire draw.

God, I hope Anjou-san doesn't suddenly end soon too.

Urgh, this read like a near-end chapter. Don't tell me this story is getting axed not that is just finally started? Not only did their relationship (aka the mainplot) finally progress a single step since that firs arc that got an anime, but there was also that whole "cosplay got famous and ppl are looking into it, etc" subplot that just started, the cousin subplot that got derailed just as it was about to resolve, and so on and so forth.

Hopefully I am just reading too much into this chapter, and it is not nearing its end~

Wasn't expecting an ending announcement. On one hand, the manga is ending on a high note, with the protagonists together and happy. Maybe in the next chapter we'll see the, married woth kids and successful in life (but please do not cut Marin's hair).
On the other hand, it feels wrong that after that terrible and long Haniel arc we are getting so little of the two dating. Can't help but think a year of serialization was ultimately wasted.
