The numbers at the bottom represent her ranking of the food variation she tasted, from 1 (highest) to 5 (lowest). The bars represent the sensor's rating, which was previously set up to learn her taste and rate the foods based on it with a quantifiable number. At first, the sensor's and Sora's ratings aligned (1 rated the highest and 5 rated the lowest). However, it then started to rate them way differently (food it thought Sora would hate, she actually digs) as the meal went on. Sora took it as evidence that the sensor is capable of experiencing subjectivity.

She did this because she was curious if Chuujirou, who senses things with sensors, doesn't always share her feelings on things, a.k.a. what she considers tasty/good might just suck ass for him. It's also an accuracy test, which means that the sensor's also probably out of whack.

That's my intrepretation, anyway.

@greyarea the x axis doesn't make sense to me. i thought the 1 to 5 on the x axis refers to a different food (no. 1 to no. 5 for meat dish, for main course, etc) and the bar on the y axis determined how the machine rated it

im not sure how the 1-5 on the x axis represents sora's ranking since there is no discernable y axis for that value on the chart, and every food is labeled from 1 to 5 in order.

It does describe the numbers 1 to 5 as "Sora's Experience Rating Order Per Accompaniment" (各添い物のソラの体感評価順). I thought of it as a ranking since the one for hors d'oeuvre aligns just right with what she's saying and that there's no name given for each variation, but I guess that might be stretching it.

Eh, I'll change it to that later, since it probably does just mean "food 1", "food 2", etc. and that I pulled the ranking stuff out of my ass.

ok i get the graph now. its supposed to be read from right to left. the x-axis for sarah not only denotes the number of items but also how they're ranked.

the first item is the hores do vore and she ranked them from 5 to 1 (1 being the best, y axis not used at all) and the machine then gave its rating using the y-axis. the ratings match since the machine gave a score that corresponds to the way sara ordered it.

the last item listed, the meat dish, sara still ranked them from 5 to 1, but compared to the first graph, the machine rated the stuff very different from the way sara rated it.

its just weird that the author decided to use different ways of showing sara and the machines way of ranking the food, one utilizing the y axis and the other one without. on the same graph. about the same things.
