Juli is far from perfect but I disagree that she'd be better. We saw before that she was ready to bully and make fun of the new kid but was instantly able to stop that train of thought cus our romeo said so. Even when she told romeo about the bullying, she said she wouldn't take part only cus romeo would dislike her for it. It's a major flaw of her and although it's valid, it wouldn't be good for our romeo to be in a relationship with that as baggage.

Also it's less a choice cus A. Her heart doesn't feel that same way and B. She's in a relationship already
