I'm curious because FMC actually acknowledges that she is mentally ill and MC accepting her baffles her just like the readers. Kinda wanna see where that will go since latest chapters has another girl falling for the MC and she takes notice (though she continues to get fucked by the abuser boyfriend of the said girl) It is a clusterfuck.

Also art reminds me Reiji a lot (rent a cuck mangaka) to the point of i thought he was shadow drawing this with a different pen name. Because just like that one, MC drawn with as low effort as possible while girls are high detailed. He looks just like Kazuya.

The situation in this one is quite different though. FMC is a literal sociopathic nutcase. MC is just a plot device to facilitate the premise because no one can be this pathetic. Even though he fucks plenty of woman himself, he still tries to rationalize and sticks with the FMC for some god forsaken reason. It is way passed "swinging" territory (it never was anyway, it was NTR). Both fucks people regardless of other's knowledge or presence (she does it first unsurprisingly since a whore does what a whore does) . There is literally no reason for them to be together anymore but both its kinda obvious at this point that both leads are mentally ill (raws are quite ahead)

Unless I missed some text, both MC and FMC have an agreement where they can do it with the other couple once a week without any prior arrangements and only have to let each other know when it will happen. Also MC was the first to go astray.

Current couple is just is only introductory. They will disappear after the first volume, and the second pair will be introduced which will play a major role in the plot from that moment on.

Do i like it? No. Do i think it deserves a 4/10? Not really. I’d say it’s about the same as some of the sloppy harem isekai that maintain a 6/10 rating. That said, i do think it’s a dick move to immediately ambush your partner with a couple he’s never even met after revealing your fetish is fucking anyone except him. Like look i get the author doesnt wanna spend like 20 chapters setting that up but there was surely a smoother way to do it.
