The guy does get his just desserts because of Livi's brother who somehow causes a giant lightning bolt to hit the guy's town while he's made to watch and it causes a shitload of damage.

@Yautja - I love the series so much. And I like that Nike is caring. I just think the problem with her character and my biggest annoyance with this series is that Nike can be too forgiving. I get she wants to make Livi a better kinder king, but there have been times where the person at odds with them deserved punishment like that fucking prince in that desert country.

@jak Everyone Nike has defended has deserved some serious punishment. It's far too big to be an annoyance anymore. Every single arc. Every single chapter revolves around Nike's dumb ass getting in trouble. Livi bailing her out. And Nike defending the cause of that trouble. This is just too much. The author needs to end the series, or end this bullshit writing style. Both of which are equally doubtful. One of which will likely just lead to new issues.

Also, I'll just say a kinder king is not a better king. That's Nike's stupid showing again.

of course it did, that was probably the most psychological fucking trauma the fucking douchebag got. Watching all the shit you worked so hard for get fucking destroyed and burn and flooded and shit.

But I want to leave that one out so it's more impactful for people really wanting to see that bitch get destroyed. I was mainly talking about physical karma, I woulda liked if he got his dead chopped off after everything but I guess being fucked for life is also a win.

I agree somewhat. This ark has got me thinking I should drop this as it appears that Nike is not learning at all from everything that is happening and there is no growth whatsoever. I can handle it happening a couple of times but typically humans will learn, but apparently she doesn't and that in my opinion is just destroying the whole story.

I fucking hate nephero for that attitude and actions of him but nike doesn't stay behind, she is letting him do that while faking she doesn't want to (aka being a tsundere) and that is what angers me about her. I know her personality is that of the MCs that always have to give a lot of importance to the backstory of the other characters even if they are the villains so as to later on make them into their friends after some talking and shit but this chapter just blew me out. The moment nephero talked about the marriage nike should have taken action and at least slapped him and screamed that he had kidnapped her, drugged her so as to not let her use her rain powers and now he had the guts to even force her to marry him in front of everyone for them to know how their oh so respectable and honourable king was actually like but instead she just stays quiet like if agreeing to it and just shows a scared face to him, I remember nike being the type to even face death with her head held high and yet they are showing her like this now? If nike really had wanted to go back to livi she would have escaped ages ago cuz chances for doing so were a lot.
