I don't think so, maybe what's on the screen is a flashback but the commentary only makes sense in the present. She's probably thinking about the state of her own relationship. Especially the part where she goes "I don't wish for anything else anymore", that wouldn't make sense when before her confesion she had a different mindset, that only makes sense after confessing and accepting that is not reciprocated, even if it hurts.
