@NoMemory I was wondering the same, maybe because he isn't evolving his Sky Hammer but just the Blue Silver Grass, which is now Blue Silver Emperor, it's like his master said, 'wait up till you're Titled Dou Luo and then fill out your Sky Hammer with Black Rings only!' 16 Rings, 16 abilities, much OP, very cool
