As much as I don't like how she just suddenly was revealed to have a crush on Megumi, i still can somewhat understand her and where is she coming from.

Right now, she's confused (just as she said).

She was traumatised by a man (who she apparently loves) and she still recovering. And she never really thought about falling in love again after the trauma, only slowly healing from it (doesn't mean it will not scar though).

So when asked who does she like, her brain probably reject all boys as love interest as a result (even the boys she's comfortable with) and picks the closest person of the opposite gender she has affection for which is Megumi.
