She already messed that up hardcore. She gave the dude her number after constantly reassuring Soushi it'd be fine and that she wouldn't. I have no idea why that happened, but my opinion of her has plummeted with this kouhai fucker showing up. To be fair, I think it is just the author continuing to show that they disliked Soushi since early on.
